This council is composed of the general director, the academic director, the administrative, the technological and financial directors, the section directors and the coordinators of the subjects taught.

This board adjusts the pace of the educational process, puts annual teaching plans under the supervision of the academic director, and provides an educational environment favorable to continuous change based on a comprehensive study of scientific realities, education and planning for the future.
